America First Multifamily Investors, L.P. acquires, holds, sells, and deals in a portfolio of mortgage revenue bonds (MRBs) that are issued to provide construction and/or permanent financing for multifamily and student housing, and residential and commercial properties. The Fund is focused on acquiring recently issued multifamily securities with stable cash flows at yields that are attractive relative to the overall market. The fund’s holdings will be sold when they no longer meet investment criteria or when the portfolio becomes large enough to necessitate such sale.
