About the sales team
Quartr's sales team consists of high-performers with a high degree of individual responsibility. In this role, you have the option to work from New York, Dublin, or be part of our office in Stockholm. Quartr's clients range from top-tier hedge funds, leading asset managers, sell-side equity research institutions, trading platforms, and global media outlets.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be a key player in taking Quartr to the next level as a company by further strengthening our position in the industry.
Driving and performing direct sales activities, building and establishing close relationships with C-level Executives, Product Executives, and Finance Professionals.
Understand and identify customer problems and needs in order to turn them into opportunities through a consultative selling approach.
Research opportunities, prospect, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct demos, manage product trials, and close deals.
Build a reliable sales pipeline for future growth and sustainable business development.
Work closely with our Product and Tech team to form a product that solves customer pain points.
Envision and manufacture bespoke use cases for data integrations.
This will help you succeed
Proven SaaS- and data-sales experience, preferably within financial services.
Hard-working and possessing a “never give up” attitude to fit into a team of highly motivated, high-performance individuals.
Excellent communicator in writing and conversation, with a high proficiency in English.
International mindset, socially skilled with an ability to adapt to create rapport with C-level executives, and high resilience.
An educational approach with the ability to explain complex terms and concepts to non-financial audiences.
A willingness to learn and strive for constant improvement, with a strong entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
An ability to adapt to different and situations.
Deep finance knowledge and/or interest is an advantage.
