About the Sales team
Our sales team consists of high performing individuals selling disruptive products across various industry verticals. At Quartr, we believe in individual freedom, and in this role, you have the option to work from New York, Dublin, or the Quartr office in Stockholm. Quartr is growing rapidly with international clients ranging from top-tier hedge funds, and top-tier asset managers, to sell-side equity research institutions, and Fortune 500 companies.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be a key player in taking Quartr to the next level as a company and further strengthening our position in the ecosystem.
Driving and performing direct sales activities, building and establishing close relationships with C-level executives, heads of IR’s, and finance professionals.
Understanding and identifying customer problems and needs in order to turn them into opportunities through a consultative selling approach.
Researching opportunities, prospecting, initiate discussions, building relationships, conducting demos, managing product trials, and closing deals.
Building a reliable sales pipeline for future growth and sustainable business development.
Working closely with our Product team to form a product that solves customer pain points.
What will help you succeed
Proven SaaS-sales experience, preferably within financial services.
Hard-working, willingness to grow, and a “never give up” attitude to fit in the team of highly motivated, high-performance individuals.
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form, with high proficiency in English.
International mindset, and socially skilled with an ability to adapt to create rapport with C-level executives, and high resilience.
Educational approach: you have professional skills to explain complex terms and concepts to non-financial audiences.
A willingness to learn and strive for constant improvement, with a strong entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communicator in written and verbal, and being socially skilled with an ability to adapt to different personas and situations.
Deep finance knowledge and/or interest is of a strong advantage.
Note: you need to have a valid work permit. We are also not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies.
