Responsibilities
Sales enablement: Lead contract reviews, redlines, negotiations, and all customer and supplier legal workflows.
Contracting infrastructure: Streamline templates and approval processes. Make contracting efficient, consistent, and built for growth.
Day-to-day legal operations: Serve as the company’s primary legal point of contact.
Practical advisor: Turn complex legal matters into clear, actionable guidance for teams across product, sales, and leadership.
External counsel coordination: Partner with outside firms strategically while keeping key decisions and insights in-house.
Scalability groundwork: Put the legal systems in place now — templates, governance, and compliance best practices — that will make future audits and fundraising smooth and straightforward.
Required qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience. Ideally, you have worked at a reputable law firm, and it’s a strong plus if you also have experience as in-house legal counsel at a high-growth tech company.
Strong commercial contracting and enterprise negotiation skills — you know how to get complex deals over the finish line without giving up leverage.
Solid grounding in corporate law, privacy, and IP.
You must be based in Sweden with a valid work permit.
