KLA Process Control products and services are used to monitor and control semiconductor manufacturing processes, as well as other nanoelectronic manufacturing technologies such as diodes, LEDs, solar cells and displays. KLA Process Control products facilitate yield management by measuring critical process parameters, integrating that information into a Single Metric, monitoring the output of the Single Metric in real-time, and alerting operators to process anomalies that could result in lost yield. Additional functions include continuous trending, ability to manipulate setpoints at the Single Metric level that can be applied throughout the facility, detection of out-of-limits process conditions and immediate initiation of a full alarm sequence.
