Q4 22/23 earnings summary
15 Oct, 2026Executive summary
FY2022-23 delivered higher sales volumes and strong financial growth, supported by a favorable product mix, managed raw-material costs and eased supply-chain constraints.
Mining conversion from forged grinding media to high-chrome solutions remains the primary growth opportunity; management expects continued volume growth from mining.
Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue from operations was ₹4,90,876.87 lakh vs ₹3,56,654.73 lakh; total income was ₹5,14,330.81 lakh vs ₹3,72,283.74 lakh.
Consolidated EBITDA was ₹1,47,518.02 lakh vs ₹87,723.52 lakh; PAT after minority interest was ₹1,05,592.89 lakh vs ₹61,968.09 lakh.
Sales volume reached 2,91,342 MT vs 2,60,469 MT; consolidated production was 2,88,088 MT vs 2,78,590 MT.
Outlook and guidance
Management expects incremental volume growth of 25,000–30,000 tonnes YoY, largely from mining, as new customer acquisition resumes.
Mining growth is underpinned by low 20%–25% high-chrome penetration in targeted gold, copper and iron ore grinding markets, plus mill-liner opportunities.
Cement demand is expected to grow ~3%–4% worldwide and at a near double-digit rate in India; supplies are expected to grow in tandem, with share gains adding potential upside.
