28 Oct, 2026Company overview and business model
U.S.-based producer of high-purity spherical refractory and titanium alloy powders for additive manufacturing, plus large near-net-shape powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing (PM-HIP) components for defense, aerospace, space, medical, energy and industrial markets.
EIGA Premium crucible-free atomizers are designed to minimize contamination; the powder portfolio includes niobium, tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum, rhenium, zirconium and titanium alloys.
PM-HIP consolidates metal powder under heat and isostatic pressure to make dense, complex parts with forged-equivalent properties; positioned as an alternative to capacity-constrained domestic castings and forgings.
Three atomizers are commissioned; current annual production capacity is 680 metric tons, with a fourth expected in June 2027 to lift planned capacity to 920 metric tons. A 100,000-square-foot Tennessee facility has room for expansion.
Commercial relationships include five-year or multi-year supply arrangements with ADDMAN Group, Velo3D, Titomic, Knust-Godwin and United Performance Metals; backlog reached $13.4 million across 18 customers at September 30, 2026.

Use of proceeds and capital allocation
Estimated net proceeds are $15.7 million at the assumed $5.15 per-share IPO price, or $18.5 million if the underwriters exercise their option in full, after estimated discounts, commissions and expenses.
Up to approximately $10.0 million is planned for capital equipment over the next 12 months; remaining proceeds are for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses and R&D.
Potential acquisitions or investments may be considered, but there are no material acquisition or investment commitments; remaining proceeds are intended for capital-preservation investments.
Proceeds plus existing cash are expected to fund operating expenses and capital expenditures into Q2 2027; additional funding is expected to be needed to continue operations through the next year.
