Investment profile

• AIM-listed tin producer with Uis as a cash-generating mine and a portfolio spanning tin, lithium, tantalum, tungsten and copper in Namibia.

Uis growth plans

• Ore-processing capacity is targeted at c.2.0–2.5 Mt annually, with c.2,500–3,000 t tin concentrate and c.1,500–1,900 t contained tin.

• Ore sorters, a re-engineered crushing circuit and lithium integration feasibility work are planned; the lithium study received £2 million in European Investment Bank funding.

• Uis resource stands at 135 Mt, with a target of 200 Mt; the V1V2 estimate increased measured tonnage by 30% to 27 Mt and lithium grade by 8% to 0.79%.

Lithium Ridge

• SQM partnership provides up to US$40 million of staged funding toward a definitive feasibility study, with milestone-based earn-in rights of up to 50%.

• First-phase drilling totaled 16,500 m across 143 holes and was completed in May 2026; results extended the mineralised ridge by 50% to 9 km.

• Lithium mineralisation was confirmed from surface to 270 m depth; notable intercepts over c.24 m included 2.0% lithium, 0.15% tin and 73 ppm tantalum.

• Laboratory flotation work indicated minimum spodumene recoverability of 75% and weighted-average Li₂O grade of 6.84%.
