H2 2025 earnings summary
27 Oct, 2026Executive summary
FY2025 revenue was $350.1m, gross profit $60.7m and net profit $14.7m; improved gross margins supported the turnaround.
Priorities include expanding ship-repair capacity, optimizing the fleet and accelerating debt repayment through operating cash flow and vessel sales.
Financial highlights
Revenue was $350.1m, up 0.2% YoY, mainly on higher shipbuilding contribution, partly offset by lower chartering and ship-repair revenue.
Gross profit rose 32.8% to $60.7m; gross margin increased 4.2 percentage points to 17.3%.
Net profit increased 291.1% to $14.7m despite higher administrative and other operating expenses, mainly due to improved margins.
Adjusted EBITDA was $83.7m, down 2.4% YoY; net cash flow from operations was $45.8m in FY2025.
Total assets were $498.1m, total liabilities $387.1m and equity $111.0m at 30 June 2025, versus $543.5m, $450.7m and $92.9m a year earlier.
Outlook and guidance
Targeted repayment of Club Deal 2 via vessel sale proceeds of $52.6m in FY2026 and FY2027; an overseas charterer has an option to buy a platform support vessel for $23m in FY2027.
Plans to sell other vessels could further reduce the term loan; fleet optimization aims to improve liquidity, lower maintenance costs and match evolving customer needs.
Plans include acquiring a third Singapore floating dock to expand ship-repair capacity and pursuing shipbuilding contracts with shorter delivery cycles and lower capital intensity.
Expected customer demand spans marine infrastructure, oil and gas exploration and production, offshore renewable energy, and bulk cargo transhipment across Asia Pacific and South Asia.
