Financial performance review

Operating cash flow before interest and tax was $117.3 million; EPS was $0.19, down 0.3 cents from the previous year.
Paid fully franked interim, final, and special dividends totaling $0.064 per share; share buyback program purchased 9 million shares at $3.97 average.
Market share of on-net NBN services increased to 8.4%, broadband connections grew to 788,000, and mobile services rose to 216,000.
Symbio contributed $39.4 million to EBITDA, with $6 million in synergies.

Leadership transitioned from founder Phillip Britt to Brian Maher as Group CEO; Britt remains as Non-Executive Director and Special Advisor.
Graham Barclay and Sarah Adam-Gedge joined as Non-Executive Directors after a comprehensive recruitment process; Patrick Green retired.
