The 59th annual general meeting was held virtually, enabling participation and voting both online and in person.

Financial performance review
For the year ended 31 December 2025, a loss of PGK 16 million was recorded, up from PGK 13.4 million the previous year.
Net assets stood at PGK 73.9 million, down from PGK 80.4 million the prior year.
Income from interest and dividends was PGK 3.5 million, with realized gains on investments at PGK 8.8 million.
No dividend will be paid; the company remains debt-free and funds operations through cash and Australian equities.
Board and executive committee updates
The Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG) became the major shareholder, now holding 72.9% of shares.
CEO Johnny Patterson Auna passed away in August 2025; Sir Mel Togolo was appointed acting CEO.
Sir Melchior Togolo stepped down as Chairman in March 2026, succeeded by Kearnneth Nanei.
Directors Sir Moi Avei and Peter Maxwell Graham resigned in February 2026.
