Achieved net inflows of £226 million in FY26, reversing net outflows of £396 million in FY25, driven by the Reignite Growth strategy.
Q4 net inflows of £167 million marked the strongest quarter in three years and the third consecutive quarter of positive net flows.
Platform MPS saw robust growth with net inflows of £272 million in Q4 and an annualised growth rate of 15%.
Total FUMA rose to £21.7 billion at 30 June 2026, up from £19.1 billion a year earlier.
Board expects full-year 2026 financial performance to align with market expectations.
Segment performance and client trends
PMPS FUM increased by 35% to £8.0 billion, supported by strong flows and investment performance.
BPS FUM grew by 9% to £9.3 billion, with a 15% rise in clients holding portfolios over £1 million.
Assets under Advice within Brooks Financial increased to £5.7 billion, with assets both advised and managed up 20% to £3.3 billion.
Advised-only assets declined to £2.4 billion from £2.6 billion.
Market and investment performance contributed £2.5 billion to FUMA over the year.
Policy and regulatory updates
From 1 July 2026, fees on cash in discretionary funds will be removed, with cash holdings remaining immaterial to overall portfolios.
Interest earned on cash will continue to be paid to clients; the policy change is expected to have an immaterial financial impact.
Supplementary note issued to correct the list of subsidiaries in the annual report, now including LIFT - Financial Group Limited.
