Investor presentation summary
20 Oct, 2026Business model and positioning
Ultra Fresh juices use a proprietary, unbroken 35°F cold chain and are merchandised in the fresh perimeter; the operating model targets produce-aisle shoppers and uses existing refrigeration and stocking labor.
Fresh products are positioned around clean ingredients and minimal processing; the lineup includes conventional and organic lemonades, limeades, citrus juices, glass-bottled organic products, wellness shots and private label.
The presentation cites a $57B 2025 U.S. juice market and projects $81B by 2034, alongside consumer interest in fresh beverages, clean labels and short ingredient lists.
Early point-of-sale observations at one large retailer suggested the Buda Fresh section, roughly one-third of the juice cooler, may outsell the adjacent pasteurized juice set.
Distribution and growth
Store footprint doubled from 350 in January to ~600 by June 2026; Walmart distribution and fresh dressings contributed to Q2 FY26 revenue growth of 29% sequentially vs. Q1 FY26.
The Dallas facility has projected revenue capacity of $55M, depending on product mix, and ~40% capacity utilization; it can efficiently service the Southern U.S.
Expansion follows the Country Fresh fresh-cut cold-chain playbook, which serves 15,000+ retail stores; Country Fresh co-founder Bryan Herr is Executive Chairman, and its CEO Doug Burris is a director.
Marquee customers include Walmart, Kroger and H-E-B.
Financial performance
TTM Q2 2026 revenue was $14.1M, gross margin 40.2%, adjusted EBITDA $3.2M and net income $2.4M; FY2025 revenue was $12.6M and FY2024 revenue was $11.3M.
Q2 gross margin was 36.6%, reflecting dressings co-packing, lime costs, inbound freight and training labor; co-packing costs could be largely eliminated as dressings production moves to the Dallas plant.
Cash was $18.8M with no outstanding debt as of June 30, 2026; the presentation describes consistent GAAP net income profitability across reported periods.
Share price was $8.50 and market capitalization $106.8M as of Aug. 31, 2026; shares outstanding were 12.6M as of June 30, 2026.
