Investor presentation summary
2 Oct, 2026CNS oncology need and strategy
Non-CNS median overall survival rose from 35 months in 1980 to 138 months; CNS cancer survival was 15 months in 2020, a 123-month gap.
An estimated 2 million Americans are at risk for CNS metastatic disease; projected diagnostic and therapeutic addressable markets are ~$2.8B and ~$10B, respectively.
The strategy integrates CNSide diagnostics, REYOBIQ therapeutics and AI/data analytics to address CNS cancer detection, treatment and research needs.
CNSide diagnostics
CNSide CSF Tumor Cell Enumeration (TCE) detects and quantifies leptomeningeal metastases; cited studies report 92% sensitivity and 95% specificity, versus 50% sensitivity for cytology.
The planned testing menu includes DNA/RNA sequencing of 300+ genes and 1,600+ transcripts, cellular biomarkers, and targeted chromosomal and gene alteration tests.
Commercial ordering institutions grew from 5 in Q1 to 24 by Q3 2026; 362 commercial TCE specimens were received YTD, with 97% from institutions ordering in at least two months.
Contracted access covers 158M lives, including 34M Medicare lives; payer billing is underway, and the Medicare rate is expected effective Jan. 1, 2027.
The modeled six-month LM cost of care falls 33%-47% with CNSide-enabled earlier confirmation and optimized management; the midpoint modeled reduction is ~40%.
REYOBIQ therapeutics
REYOBIQ combines rhenium-186, a BMEDA chelator and a nanoliposome; intrathecal delivery targets leptomeningeal metastases, while convection-enhanced delivery targets glioblastoma and pediatric tumors.
In the completed Phase 1a LM study, 29 patients were enrolled and the recommended Phase 2 dose was 44.1 mCi; 33% had a Grade ≥3 event, with no treatment-related deaths.
Phase 1a LM results included 93% circulating tumor cell response, 76% MRI imaging response, 87% clinical response, and 9-month median overall survival in 16 patients.
In recurrent GBM Phase 2 interim data, median overall survival was 13 months and median progression-free survival was 11 months; a single-dose trial readout is planned for 1H 2027.
Five trial readouts or milestones span LM, recurrent GBM and pediatric programs; LM interim analysis is planned for Q4 2026 and GBM topline data for 1H 2027.
