Corporate presentation summary
16 Oct, 2026Portfolio snapshot
August 2026 average production was 17,122 boepd, up 55% from Dec. 31, 2025; Q3 2026 YTD revenue was $83.4 million, up 38% from 2025.
Strategy spans Uzbekistan gas production, Kazakhstan modular LNG and Kazakhstan critical minerals, with gas cash flow intended to support cleaner fuels and minerals development.
Snapshot cited a $380 million market cap, based on 86.5 million common shares at $4.40 per share.
Uzbekistan gas production
Operations cover 8 gas fields, 75 producing wells and 282 km², with licenses through 2044; described as the only Western natural gas producer in Uzbekistan.
Seven wells had been drilled by the presentation date, with 13 targeted in 2026; August production reached 17,122 boepd, up 55% YTD.
Three recent horizontal wells tested above 13 MMscf/d IP; Kumli wells tested at 14.8, 15.5 and 18.1 MMscf/d, averaging 16.1 MMscf/d.
A 1,200 kW Kumli booster compressor is under engineering; the US$25 million project targets commissioning in Q2 2027 and +30 MMscf/d incremental capacity.
2026 exit-rate production guidance was under review at 18,000–20,000 boepd; 13–16 new wells were targeted for 2027, with two rigs planned to continue operating.
Kazakhstan modular LNG
Saryozek Phase 1 targets 200,000 L/day and Q2 2027 commissioning, with US$30 million capex; Phase 2 targets 750,000 L/day and Q2 2028 commissioning, with US$60 million capex.
Feed gas allocations are secured at Saryozek, Kuryk and Bestamak; financing discussions and LNG offtake agreements are advancing.
Kuryk and Bestamak facility design was planned for Q1 2027, at 890,000 L/day and 850,000 L/day capacity, respectively.
LNG is positioned to replace diesel in transport, rail and mining; projected emissions reductions versus diesel are 30% GHG, 95% particulate and 100% sulphur.
