Margin quality remained a focus: gross margin fell to 9.6% from 10.5%, reflecting lower-margin Malaysia projects and higher Q4 energy and raw material costs.

Outlook and guidance
The order book was ~$220m at 30 April 2026, versus $270m at 31 October 2025; replenishment depends on tender outcomes and completed projects.
Malaysia operations are expected to normalise and return to a positive contribution in FY27 as deferred piling projects commence and FY26 project costs are fully recognised.
The new equipment service centre is expected to scale in FY27, broaden service revenue and contribute positively as it approaches full capacity.
Selective bidding and cost control remain priorities; short foundation project cycles of three to six months allow new tender prices to reflect changing input costs more quickly.
