Outlook and guidance
Reported growth is expected to remain affected by transformation measures for another one or two quarters; efficiency and portfolio actions target sustainable margins and profitable growth.
Management maintains its double-digit adjusted EBITA margin ambition within the stated timeframe; the updated medium-term target is at least 12%.
Updated targets include EBITA of SEK 500m by 2031, equivalent to SEK 13.3 per share; dividends of 30% of adjusted FCF; and net debt/EBITDA at or below 2.5x.
Management entered Q4 with a positive outlook for 2027; value creation does not depend on rapid market recovery.
Acquisitions remain part of the growth strategy, with near-term focus on portfolio profitability and targeted platform and complementary niche deals.
