Strategic initiatives and plans
Secured five logistics contracts in March 2025 worth ~S$4m p.a., including a 100% green distribution model with Schneider Electric using five EV trucks.
Deployed three EV trucks with DHL for fashion retail last-mile deliveries across Singapore malls; rolled out a second batch of EV trucks for a long-standing technology client.
For FY2026, build on five new contracts worth ~S$4.05m p.a. with 2–3 year terms, deepen customer partnerships and scale where returns are clear.
Plan additional EV fleet rollout, expanded in-house apps and process automation, and fleet and technology investment funded from operating cash; maintain net cash and disciplined lease and interest repayments.
Key challenges and risks discussed
Manpower and rental cost pressures, competitive pricing and cost inflation pose risks to margins; planned responses include tighter cost controls, workforce optimisation and a leaner cost structure.
Forward-looking statements reflect management’s current expectations and views, which are subject to uncertainties and changing circumstances.
