Opening remarks and agenda

Board and executive committee updates

• Lindsay Phillips and Ronnie Baskind were re-elected as directors, and Aaron Ridgway was newly elected to the board, with detailed voting results provided.

Financial performance review

• Returned to profitability with NZD 19,000 total comprehensive income for the year ended June 30, a turnaround from a previous loss of NZD 10.967 million.

• Group revenue increased by 5.4% to NZD 21.865 million; Kilimanjaro unit revenue grew by 4.9% and contracted revenue by 6.9%.

• Operating profit rose 244% year-on-year, with strong performance in the second half and positive momentum into the current year.

• Acumatica business expanded to over 300 sites, with recurring revenue now matching that of Exo.

• ISOL product revenue grew 14.5%, and Datagate achieved a near 25% increase in recurring revenue following a successful capital raise.

• Share price increased by over 30% compared to the previous year.
