Precious Metals & Critical Minerals Virtual Investor Conference summary
15 Oct, 2026Project and strategic position
100%-owned Antino project in southeastern Suriname covers 102,000 hectares; only 2% has been drill tested, with 11 discoveries across the property.
Gold Fields invested $77 million to reach 19.9% ownership; the asset is consolidated at 100% and royalty-free.
Gold Fields is capped at 19.9% under the agreement; competing bids may be considered, and Gold Fields has a board-seat right it has not yet exercised.
The current 70,000-meter drill program is fully funded; stated drilling cost is $200 per meter, with $80 million of cash and market capitalization near CAD 1 billion.
Exploration results
Upper Antino spans 2.5 kilometers along strike and is drilled to ~450 meters; recent Froyo results included 54 meters at 8.45 g/t gold and 28 meters at 14.27 g/t.
Upper Antino West, discovered in June, returned 27 meters at 20 g/t gold in August, 1.2 kilometers west of the Froyo zone; mineralization remains open in all directions.
Lower Antino has ~25,000 meters of drilling and broad, consistent-grade intervals, including 90 meters at 1 g/t and 81 meters at 1 g/t; a 6-meter interval returned 13 g/t in April.
Emerging targets include Antino Northeast, where drilling confirmed 1.2 kilometers of strike and the first hole returned 58.5 meters at 1 g/t; Antino North drilling confirmed mineralization across three shear zones.
Early results at Van Gogh and Maria Geralda included 28 meters at 7 g/t and 22.5 meters at 12 g/t, respectively; each has seen less than 5,000 meters of drilling.
Exploration plans and catalysts
Drilling is planned with ~50% allocated to advanced targets and ~50% to emerging targets, combining infill work with expansion along strike and at depth.
Near-term catalysts include the ongoing 70,000-meter drill program, property-wide auger sampling, follow-up drilling at recent discoveries, and potential further land consolidation.
Auger sampling has covered 35% of the land package with over 10,000 samples; results identified an undrilled 8-kilometer gold trend on newly acquired ground.
A drill moved to Maria Geralda after a 74-hole deep auger program; follow-up drilling is also planned at Da Vinci and Van Gogh.
Management said an initial resource is not expected in the near future; when published, it may represent only part of the potential as deposits grow at depth and additional systems are explored.
