19 Dec, 2025Leadership and Sustainability Strategy
A new Chief Sustainability and Supply Chain Officer role was established to integrate sustainability and supply chain management, recognizing their interdependence for business success.
The sustainability strategy is purpose-driven, aiming to solve global environmental issues, develop a digital society, and improve well-being, with a vision to become a Net Positive technology company by 2030.
Material issues addressed include climate change, resource circulation, digital divide, ethical AI, responsible supply chains, and human capital development.
ESG Management Platform and Data-Driven Approach
An ESG Management Platform was developed to visualize and analyze both financial and non-financial indicators, supporting optimal decision-making and sustainability management.
The platform integrates data from various sources, uses AI for analysis and recommendations, and simulates the effects of sustainability measures.
Visualization tools highlight correlations between non-financial and financial KPIs, with AI-driven commentary and recommendations for management.
The platform is used internally and offered to customers, supporting sustainability management across business activities, supply chain, internal operations, and community investments.
Climate Action and Supply Chain Transformation
The goal is net zero greenhouse gas emissions across the entire value chain (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) by 2040, with SBTI certification and accelerated internal carbon neutrality by 2030.
Requires 80% of suppliers to set greenhouse gas reduction targets aligned with international standards by fiscal 2025, with collaboration and joint initiatives to reduce emissions.
Participation in the PACT Partnership for Carbon Transparency enables accurate, standardized CO2 emission calculations and secure data sharing across the supply chain.
The ESG Management Platform automates product carbon footprint calculations, protects confidential supplier data, and is certified for PACT conformance.
Utilizes digital platforms for real-time CO2 emissions tracking and product carbon footprint data across supply chain tiers, with real data alignment with 12 global suppliers and plans to expand participation.
