Proposed 2026 board remuneration

• Annual base cash fee: DKK 600,000 for a Board member; Chair fee 2.0x and Deputy Chair fee 1.5x the base fee.

• RSU value: Chair 3.0x and Deputy Chair and Board members 2.5x the fixed annual base fee, under the Remuneration Policy.

• Annual committee fees: Audit and Finance DKK 150,000 for Chair and DKK 100,000 for members; Compensation DKK 120,000 and DKK 80,000, respectively.

• Annual committee fees: Nominating and Corporate Governance DKK 100,000 for Chair and DKK 70,000 for members; Scientific DKK 130,000 and DKK 100,000, respectively.

• Committee meeting fee: DKK 10,000 per meeting.
