Outlook and guidance
Israel’s insurance-sector adoption of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 was deferred to periods beginning Jan. 1, 2025, with transition on Jan. 1, 2024; early adoption is not planned.
The Isracard acquisition remains subject to regulatory and other closing conditions; the deadline to satisfy conditions was extended to Nov. 12, 2023.
Revised dividend thresholds require a minimum economic solvency ratio of 135% with transitional measures and 110% without them.
Forward-looking results remain subject to product demand, pricing, economic conditions, product and technology development, and accounting policies.
