Net interest income for 2025 was PLN 8,871 million (+1.7% y/y); Q4 net interest income was PLN 2,295 million (+5% q/q, +2% y/y); net fee and commission income for 2025 was PLN 2,359 million (+2.8% y/y), with Q4 at PLN 598 million (+6% y/y).
Retail loans grew by PLN 9.2 billion y/y to PLN 80.4 billion (+12.8% y/y); corporate loans increased by PLN 4.6 billion y/y to PLN 100.7 billion (+4.8% y/y).
Retail deposits reached PLN 136.1 billion (+8.3% y/y); corporate deposits were PLN 97.3 billion (+5.2% y/y).
Total income for Q4 2025 was PLN 3,057 million (+3% q/q, +5% y/y); total costs including bank tax were PLN 980 million (+5% y/y).
Earnings per share for 2025 were PLN 35.59, up 6% year-over-year.
Outlook and guidance
Management intends to recommend a 75% dividend payout from 2025 profit, subject to regulatory requirements.
Credit growth in 2026 is expected to outpace nominal GDP growth, supported by falling NBP rates and economic recovery; corporate lending projected to grow 10–11% in 2026.
Forecasts 2026 GDP growth at 3.7%, with public investment as a key driver; expects continued low inflation (1.7%) and reference rate at 3.25%.
