H2 2024 earnings summary
13 Oct, 2026Executive summary
FY2024 results include both environmental/circular-economy and energy-efficiency/renewables businesses; the demerger became effective Jan. 10, 2025, separating them into independently listed entities.
Environmental/circular-economy operations drove 2024 performance, while the renewables business shifted away from incentives toward solar-project development, EPC, asset management and energy sales.
FY2024 comparisons are affected by acquisitions, the disposal of Innovatec Power and ESI’s consolidation from July 2024; reported figures do not reflect the January 2025 demerger.
Financial highlights
Consolidated production value was €232.1M, up 8% YoY; EBITDA was €31.7M, up 10%, with a 13.7% margin versus 13.4% in 2023.
EBIT was -€1.7M versus +€12.0M in 2023; group net income was -€10.2M versus +€0.1M, including higher depreciation and provisions.
Net financial expenses and financial-asset adjustments were €6.8M versus €9.0M; lower ecobonus-credit disposal costs were partly offset by higher average debt.
Standalone production value was €2.1M versus €10.6M; adjusted EBITDA was -€0.5M versus +€6.4M and net loss was €4.3M versus net income of €3.4M.
Standalone results included a €2.7M full impairment of the unpaid Innovatec Power sale receivable; the purchaser raised repayment concerns in March 2025.
Outlook and guidance
Post-demerger 2025 guidance: production value €66M, adjusted EBITDA €4.3M, adjusted EBITDA margin ~6.5%, and net financial position of -€4.7M.
2027 targets: production value €88M, adjusted EBITDA €9.4M, margin 11%, and net financial position of -€12M; planned PFN/adjusted EBITDA declines to 1.33x by 2027.
The 2025–2027 renewables plan targets €27M investment, supported by ~€20M project finance; solar pipeline monetization combines project sales, turnkey delivery and retained asset management.
Pipeline totals ~250 MW, including 40 MW authorized; 2025 plans include 14 MW of construction and a target of ~200 MW in EPC construction/revamping work.
A €3M minibond was placed in March 2025 to fund development and provide liquidity headroom; project-finance and revolving-credit discussions were also underway.
