12 Oct, 2026Business model and revenue streams
Fabless ASIC design and mining rigs target non-Bitcoin proof-of-work chains, including ALEO, XTM and Alephium; 11 altcoins supported and 16 chip models launched since 2019.
Revenue avenues include mining hardware, staking yield from own ETH and third-party platforms, and fees from third-party users of Goldshell Stake.
Goldshell Stake supports Ethereum, Avalanche, Solana and Conflux for individual and institutional users; platform metrics include 2.62% APR and 205 active validators.
Next-generation ASIC
Tape-out completed in July 2026; engineering samples, lab validation and performance, reliability and thermal testing underway, with commercial launch targeted for Q4 2026 subject to successful validation and testing.
A modest H2 2026 revenue contribution is expected, with potential for a more meaningful contribution in FY2027.
Performance-per-watt design targets improved miner unit economics and is intended for retail and professional miners.
Existing ALEO, Dogecoin and XTM product series continue to generate revenue; prior launches included ALEO in February 2025 and XTM in September 2025.
ETH treasury and staking
Treasury held 9,176 ETH-based cryptocurrencies as of June 30, 2026; holdings were valued at $14.4 million.
As of August 20, 2026, 4,556 ETH was staked: 3,556 on Goldshell Stake pending validator activation and 1,000 with FalconX.
Strategy is to maintain existing treasury holdings, continue staking yield generation and prioritize capital for ASIC commercialization and AI initiatives; no material additional ETH accumulation is anticipated.
