15 Oct, 2026Strategic priorities
Proceeds from the share issue are intended to support three areas: expand Efemia Bladder Support distribution, build FlowCup partnerships with more NGOs, and grow the women’s health portfolio through acquisitions and collaborations.
Efemia priorities include adding and supporting European distributors, training Swedish prescribers, exploring markets outside Europe, and making the product the first choice for women with stress urinary incontinence.
UriCap Female is being established in Sweden through selected clinics and regions, with plans for consumer access via assistive device centers; acquisition discussions for MeCovers are to continue after the share issue.
Management highlighted a fragmented women’s health market and expected sector consolidation as an opportunity; the business has products on the market, MDR approval, and an established organization.
Commercial progress
Six new Efemia Bladder Support distributors signed in 2024, including partners in Denmark in May, Hungary in June, and New Zealand in September; New Zealand was the second distributor outside Europe.
FlowCup received a significant order for 7,000 units in September, supporting efforts to build lasting partnerships with NGOs.
Portfolio expansion
A September LOI with MeCovers covers products expected to complement the women’s health portfolio; MeCovers’ owner committed to invest SEK 600,000 toward financing operations.
Management attributed Efemia’s growth to activities undertaken over recent years and expects greater returns as products, partnerships, and distributors are added.
