Founded by Acharya Manish Ji, the Ayurvedic healthcare platform aims to combine Ayurveda with mainstream care through holistic services and products.
Integrated care draws on Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Homeopathy and Naturopathy; the Shuddhi brand spans clinics, hospitals and 300+ herbal/Ayurvedic products.
The network includes 200+ Ayurveda doctors, a multilingual healthcare contact centre and technology-enabled patient support.
Network and healthcare services
As of Sep. 30, 2023, the network comprised 19 HIIMS hospitals, 24 Shuddhi Panchkarma day-care clinics and 4 Shuddhi clinics; 24 clinics were NABH-accredited.
Hospital and clinic services include inpatient and outpatient care, day procedures, Panchakarma, diet guidance, yoga and meditation, and home-based consultations and therapies.
Care is positioned across preventive, curative/corrective and maintenance stages, with follow-ups and monitoring after treatment.
FY22-23 operational metrics included 241,496 patients treated and a 51.22% bed-utilisation ratio.
Operating model and growth strategy
An asset-light model uses leased premises, owned and franchise-run clinics, and low setup costs; stated per-bed hospital setup cost was ₹2–2.5 lakh.
Product sales complement healthcare services; products are manufactured by third parties to prescribed quality standards, with stated gross margins of 90%+ and replacement sales of 50%+.
FY22-23 openings totaled 20 hospitals and clinics, versus 8 in FY21-22; expansion priorities include South India, domestic brand reach and international growth evaluation.
The growth plan also cites government partnerships for AYUSH facilities, stronger consumer reach, cost management and use of promoter and management expertise.
