Outlook and guidance
Priorities are building a China–Southeast Asia platform, strengthening the team and governance, and expanding gradually through partners, distributors and brands rather than large upfront capital commitments.
The planned beauty and wellness business spans personal care, products, treatments, retail outlets, e-commerce, brand management and franchising; operations are expected to start in May 2026.
Management forecasts adequate liquidity for at least 15 months after year-end and expects to pursue fundraising to finance the new core business.
A Malaysian subsidiary was incorporated in February 2026 with RM300,000 paid-up capital to pursue investment holding, e-commerce and personal-care trading activities.
