H2 2024 earnings summary
6 Oct, 2026Executive summary
2024 performance was unsatisfactory: record revenue growth was offset by a sharp EBIT decline and results well below board expectations.
Core-market successes in Automation and TECURITY® were partly offset by ATECH’s large-customer insolvency and costly semiconductor project execution.
Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue reached a record €522.5m, up €58.1m or 12.5% YoY from €464.4m.
Total output decreased €9.6m or 1.9% to €487.9m from €497.5m.
EBIT fell €51.2m to €15.1m from €66.3m.
Outlook and guidance
ATECH said investments and distinctive European capabilities position it for the next growth wave in European and US battery industries.
Remaining Albatross machine deliveries for a major US customer were deferred to 2026–2027.
