21 Oct, 2026Executive summary
FY23 consolidated revenue reached a record ₹5,128.29 crore, up 23.85% YoY; consolidated EBITDA rose 39.30% to ₹275.61 crore, while PAT was ₹24.63 crore after JV/associate losses and non-controlling interests.
