The Kharkhoda site is scalable to 1 million units; a second site with 1 million units of planned capacity is being identified.
Plans include six EV models by FY31 and a powertrain mix of 15% EV, 25% hybrid and 60% CNG, biofuels and conventional engines.
Capacity expansion investment is expected to be funded from internal resources; exports are projected at 750,000–800,000 units by FY31.
