Corporate presentation summary
20 May, 2026Strategic location and opportunity
Operating in Zambia's Domes Region, a globally significant copper exploration hotspot with a history of billion-tonne, near-surface copper deposits and stable mining jurisdiction.
Surrounded by major copper producers and infrastructure, including the Lobito Rail Corridor, enhancing export potential.
Mining accounts for 75% of Zambia's export earnings, with government initiatives to elevate copper production.
Dumbwa deposit: scale, geology, and progress
Dumbwa is a large-scale, near-surface, basement-hosted sulphide copper system, geologically analogous to Barrick's Lumwana mine.
Over 5.3 km of drilled strike length, with drilling ongoing to define an initial 11.2 km by Q3 2026; deposit remains open along strike and at depth.
Drill highlights include intercepts such as 93m @ 0.40% Cu, 44m @ 0.53% Cu, and 22m @ 1.0% Cu, confirming bulk tonnage potential.
Three main mineralized lenses identified, with average thickness of 175–200m starting at surface and grades ranging from ~0.3%–0.5% Cu.
Methodical, data-driven exploration led by Dr. Kevin Bonel, leveraging experience from Lumwana's discovery and expansion.
Kazhiba Main and oxide copper strategy
Kazhiba Main is a near-surface, high-grade oxide copper deposit with a maiden resource of 2.33 Mt at 1.41% Cu (Indicated), well above typical economic thresholds for heap leach operations.
High-grade drill results include 21m @ 10.69% Cu and 26m @ 5.6% Cu, with mineralization comprised almost entirely of acid-soluble malachite.
Monetization of Kazhiba Main is underway, aiming to provide non-dilutive funding for continued Dumbwa exploration.
Additional oxide and sulphide copper targets identified at Mitu and Kazhiba, with ongoing geochemical and geophysical programs.
