H2 2026 earnings summary
16 Oct, 2026Executive summary

Portfolio focus spans Ironclad gold and Barrambie copper, Utah potassium-lithium brines, ELi commercialisation and externally financed vanadium recovery.
Financial highlights

Net cash outflows from operating and investing activities were $4.459m; total assets were $22.056m and net assets $15.755m at year-end.
FY2026 EPS was a loss of 1.78 cents from continuing operations and 0.97 cents including discontinued operations, versus losses of 2.39 cents and 4.22 cents, respectively, in FY2025.
Outlook and guidance
FY2027 priorities include Ironclad drilling, resource updates, approvals, tolling arrangements and potential FID with BML Ventures in H1 CY2027; mining remains conditional on key agreements and approvals.
Utah evaluation will proceed in stages, with significant spending deferred until cashflow improves and joint-venture risks are mitigated; ~US$2m of qualifying spend over three years is required to retain 51%.
ELi is targeting integrated, continuous validation using De Nora equipment and continued Rio Tinto engagement; external equity funding and beneficiation work remain priorities for vanadium recovery.
If Ironclad reaches FID as planned, forecasts still indicate at least A$5m of additional funding will be needed progressively from December 2026 through September 2027.
