Shareholders approved a rights issue of up to 36,383,904 shares at SEK 3.50 per share, targeting proceeds of approximately SEK 127 million, and two directed share issues for up to 21,428,571 shares, aiming for an additional SEK 75 million.
The rights issue and overallotment issues together are referred to as the New Issues.

Timetable and trading details
Last day of trading with subscription rights is 21 August 2026; first day without rights is 24 August 2026; record date is 25 August 2026.
Trading in subscription rights runs from 27 August to 7 September 2026; subscription period is 27 August to 10 September 2026.
Trading in paid subscribed shares (BTA) is from 27 August to 17 September 2026.
Outcome of the rights issue is expected to be announced on 14 September 2026, with new shares trading from 23 September 2026.
