Q2 2026 earnings summary
16 Oct, 2026Executive summary
Six-month revenue more than doubled as platform integration and product enhancements took priority over near-term revenue; focus shifts to commercialization in H2.
JOURNY TV and GoUSA TV were consolidated into a unified brand, platform and technology stack; integration work was substantially completed after quarter-end.
Recurring losses, operating cash outflows and a $3.20M working-capital deficit raise substantial doubt about the ability to continue as a going concern within one year.
Financial highlights
Q2 revenue was $546,687, down 28% YoY from $757,648; H1 revenue was $1,998,422, up 123% from $896,475.
Q2 gross profit was $175,976 versus $165,575; H1 gross profit was $384,075 versus $204,481. Q2 gross margin was 32% versus 22%; H1 margin was 19% versus 23%.
Net loss applicable to common stockholders was $3.752M in Q2 versus $3.081M and $6.897M in H1 versus $7.603M; loss per share was $0.25 and $0.47, respectively.
H1 operating expenses fell 18% to $6.615M; non-cash expenses were $1.949M, 29% of operating expenses, versus $4.254M and 53% a year earlier.
Quarter-end deferred revenue was ~$1.2M, supported partly by cruise bookings; revenue is generally recognized when related travel or services are fulfilled.
Outlook and guidance
Fiscal 2027 activity is expected to strengthen and ramp in H2 as integration and product work gives way to commercialization.
Priorities include NextTrip Pro launch and advisor onboarding, JOURNY TV monetization, broader JOURNYGO deployment, travel bookings, and initial YADA Commerce and NextTrip LIVE contributions.
Contribution timing and scale depend on launch schedules, customer and advisor adoption, advertising demand, travel fulfillment and event execution; a >$5M direct-sales pipeline is not contracted revenue.
At least $5.5M in cash is estimated to be needed for the 12 months after issuance, exceeding August 31 cash of $1.145M; estimate excludes scheduled Lind note installments.
Financing, available related-party credit, integration, discretionary cost management and partnerships are planned; no financing commitments had been received at issuance.
