Investor Day 2026 summary

2 Nov, 2026

Growth strategy and demand

  • AI is positioned to connect OCI compute, trusted data, databases, applications and industry workflows, turning enterprise data into business actions across the stack.

  • Total RPO reached $664B in Q1 FY27, adding $30B+ during the quarter, with ~90% attributable to cloud infrastructure; FY26 RPO was $638B, up from $138B in FY25.

  • Growth levers include on-prem-to-cloud migration, application cross-sell, AI add-ons and outcome-based pricing; cloud migrations offer 3x-4x pricing uplift versus on-premises.

  • Applications and database markets are forecast to grow at ~11% and ~12% CAGR, respectively, from CY26E to CY30E.

OCI capacity and infrastructure

  • OCI delivered 850 MW across 38 projects in 11 countries in Q1 FY27, 4x the prior-year rate; GPU rack shipments were ~3x the prior year as capacity doubled.

  • Plans call for ~7 GW of incremental capacity over the next couple of years and a portfolio of ~10 GW by FY28 end; capex peaks in FY27-FY28 before stepping down in FY29.

  • Modular data centers, phased delivery, multiple power sources, diversified suppliers and fungible hardware support faster deployment and help manage site or construction delays.

  • A 512-GPU cluster can be securely divided among 32 customers in minutes, with capacity reassigned between customers within hours; more than 1,000 AI infrastructure customers support utilization.

  • Oracle AI Database was live across 71 regions quarter to date, with the business growing over 209%; multicloud offerings span AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OCI.

Applications and AI monetization

  • Fusion is moving beyond seat-based subscriptions with usage-based AI Units tied to work completed; one AI Unit equals one cent, with AI planning separated from deterministic execution to support margins.

  • 75 agentic applications were announced, including 25 Fusion Claw-enabled; Fusion Claw supports governed, complex work, while Fusion Companion provides a natural-language entry point across workflows.

  • Fusion AI adoption included 7,000+ customers using AI or agents, 5.7M agent runs and 3,648 production agents; usage exceeded 150M calls in Q1 FY27 and reached nearly 500B tokens in September, up 22.7% MoM.

  • Automated setup and configuration skills are expected to reduce mechanical implementation work by 50%-70%; a setup and configuration registry is designed to make setup and validation executable by AI.

  • Grupo Bimbo reduced financial close from 16 days to 3 days and cited supply-chain opportunities worth hundreds of millions annually; Vodafone is migrating mission-critical databases to dedicated OCI and Oracle Database@Azure and @AWS.
