AGM 2026 summary
14 Oct, 2026Opening remarks and agenda
Meeting opened with a quorum; hybrid attendance enabled shareholders and proxies to ask questions and vote by poll.
Agenda comprised the Chairman’s address, Acting CEO’s report, then formal resolutions with questions taken on each item.
Financial performance review
FY 2026 platform FUA rose 10.8% to AUD 134bn; net flows more than doubled to AUD 1.93bn.
Revenue increased 5.7% to AUD 110.5m and underlying EBITDA grew 14.5% to AUD 32.1m; revenue grew at more than twice the rate of underlying operating expenses.
EBITDA growth did not flow through to NPAT or cash flow because of amortization and high non-operating costs; these costs are not expected to recur, with higher cash conversion targeted.
Future reporting will use cash EBITDA, defined as EBITDA less capitalized development expenditure, from 1H FY 2027 results; management incentive hurdles also shifted from EBITDA to cash EBITDA.
Board and executive committee updates
Matthew Quinn was appointed Chairman; the Board thanked former CEO Anthony Wamsteker, while Acting CEO Denis Orrock expressed interest in the permanent CEO role.
A formal CEO recruitment process will consider internal and external candidates over the coming months.
Justin Lipton and Katrina Efthim joined as non-executive directors in April 2026; Matthew Quinn joined as a non-executive director in June 2026.
The Chairman said board renewal had begun; Stuart Robertson is unlikely to seek re-election next year, and a successor with platform-industry experience is being sought.
