Investor Update summary
14 Nov, 2025Strategic Progress and Portfolio Development
Secured 100% interest and operatorship in the Temaris Cluster SFA PSC offshore Peninsular Malaysia, marking the first operated development and expanding the business scale in 2025.
Portfolio now includes Temaris Cluster, DEWA complex, and Block 2A, with significant discovered and prospective gas resources and high-value upside.
Achieved significant visibility at the Energy Asia conference after being awarded the Temaris cluster by PETRONAS, attracting industry attention and inbound interest for collaboration.
Malaysia's supportive macro environment, with rising gas demand and LNG imports, underpins growth opportunities and strong market fundamentals.
Proven track record in securing and developing assets in Southeast Asia, supported by a motivated, capable workforce.
Temaris Cluster and Asset Details
Temaris Cluster comprises Tembakau and Mengkuang fields, with over 250 bcf (~42 mmboe) of discovered gas resources, fully appraised and ready for development.
Both fields are in shallow water (~70m), benefit from extensive 3D seismic, DSTs, and well logs, and are near existing infrastructure.
Tembakau features three main Miocene gas reservoirs with high-quality methane, no CO2 or impurities, and substantial flow rates.
Production plateau targeted at up to 100 mmscfd (~17 kboepd) using minimal, unmanned facilities and low-cost development modeled on DEWA ($5–$7/boe CapEx).
Mengkuang offers incremental volumes with high-quality sands and proximity to infrastructure.
Exploration and Upside Potential
Exploration upside in multiple horizons within and adjacent to the block could more than double current resources (~250 bcf).
Seismic reprocessing and advanced geophysical analysis planned to de-risk additional prospects and guide future drilling.
Near-field, low-risk exploration integrated with the development campaign.
Opportunities extend into adjacent acreage available in the next licensing phase.
Commissioned a CPR to independently assess contingent and prospective resources, supporting future financing.
