Corporate presentation summary
29 Oct, 2026Portfolio and strategy
Two exploration permits cover ~7,500 ha in Sweden’s Skellefteå district: Kalvträsk (~7,000 ha) and Stöverfors (452 ha), targeting gold, silver and copper.
The strategy combines exploration with planned strategic positions in European producers, near-term developers and rare-earth assets.
Kalvträsk lies in the Lappvattnet Cu-Ag zone between the Skellefteå VMS district and the Gold Line; Stöverfors sits within the Skellefteå VMS-Au district.
Sweden and metals outlook
Sweden ranks in the Fraser Institute’s global top 10 for mining investment attractiveness and hosts 26 of the EU’s 30 critical minerals.
EU initiatives include a 10% domestic sourcing target for strategic minerals by 2030, €3B for RESourceEU and up to €800B for ReArm Europe.
Gold demand is supported by central-bank buying of ~585 tonnes per quarter; the World Gold Council reported record demand in Q1 2026.
Silver has had six consecutive years of global supply deficits; copper demand is projected to rise from 18 Mt to 23 Mt by 2040, with a projected 10 Mt deficit.
Geological setting and exploration evidence
Nearly 30 mines have worked the Skellefteå VMS system since the 1920s; the district has produced copper, zinc, lead, gold and silver.
Four gold-bearing boulders at Kalvträsk returned grades up to 20 g/t Au; planned work includes tracing, mapping, geophysics and geochemistry to define drill targets.
Stöverfors has two SGU-registered gold occurrences with historical grades up to 32 g/t Au in arsenopyrite-quartz veins; SGU classifies it as a significant prospect.
Historical exploration data has not been independently verified; exploration is speculative, with no assurance of economically viable discoveries.
