PARADIGME Update summary
14 Oct, 2026PARADIGME timeline and recruitment
Preliminary three-month data readout now anticipated in H1 2022, reflecting slower-than-expected recruitment amid continued COVID-19 impacts and the Delta variant.
Enrollment reached 92 patients as of 3 August, versus 83 on 25 May and 73 on 17 February 2021.
Protocol changes and trial initiatives improved recruitment, but COVID-related risks and restrictions continued to impede screening, enrollment and treatment.
Trial operations and portfolio priorities
Enrollment remains open at 85 sites; resources are being refocused from sites with challenging enrollment to support PARADIGME completion.
No further funds will be invested in the Archer-1 Phase 1b trial of Betalutin plus rituximab in 2L follicular lymphoma; its findings will inform future development strategy.
Current cash position is expected to support operations into H2 2022.
Upcoming plans
An R&D Day is planned for Q4 2021 to discuss Betalutin's positioning and future development and commercialization strategy in R/R follicular lymphoma, plus market expansion opportunities and other portfolio projects.
