Financial performance review
Revenue for 2025 was EUR 1.7 billion, down 7% at actual rates, mainly due to video segment decline and currency headwinds.
EBITDA rose 33% to EUR 145 million, with margin improving to 8.3% from 5.8% in 2024, driven by cost reductions and synergies from Home Networks integration.
Free cash flow turned positive at EUR 62 million, a first since the separation of Technicolor Creative Studios.
Net result for continuing activities was EUR -145 million, improved by EUR 12 million; total net result was EUR -393 million, mainly due to a one-off accounting impact from discontinued activities.
Net debt (excluding leasing) reached EUR 508 million, up EUR 40 million from 2024, with liquidity at EUR 35 million at year-end.
Board and executive committee updates
Board consists of 10 directors and one non-voting director, with 70% independence and gender parity.
Committees were restructured in 2026, now including Audit and CSR, Governance and Compensation, and an ad hoc refinancing committee.
