Underlying profit before tax for FY 2026 is now expected between £45m and £47m, surpassing previous guidance of £42m to £44m.
Strong Q4 momentum with year-on-year growth across end markets, notably in Aerospace, Value Added Resellers, and Electronics.
All regions experienced growth, with Asia Pacific showing particularly strong performance.
A 10% headcount reduction was completed, contributing to at least £10m in annualised savings expected in FY 2027.

Divestment of the US-based Kleiss Gears business was completed, aligning with a focus on core operations.
An exceptional loss of approximately £3m will be recorded for the disposal of Kleiss Gears in FY 2026 results.
