Outlook and guidance
Reserve-based production is forecast to decline at an average 7.4% annually over 20 years, assuming planned development through 2032 and no further development thereafter.
Expected development spending totals $36.4 million through 2032: $34.5 million for eight Texas wells, plus $0.8 million for conversions and workovers; Kansas spending through 2027 is estimated at $1.1 million.
The year-end reserve estimate projects termination on December 31, 2030, before the 10.6 MMBoe production threshold is reached.
