AI chat
The launch of AI chat was undoubtedly Quartr Pro's biggest feature update in 2025. We combined our global database of IR material with the power of AI, allowing users to ask questions and extract any data across all events and documents from public companies.
The chat understands natural language and pulls exclusively from first-party information such as transcripts, filings, and slide decks. It's fully integrated into the overall Quartr Pro workflow: open source documents side-by-side with the chat, visualize trends in charts or tables, and export custom datasets – all within the same interface.
This sets a new standard for qualitative public market research in both efficiency and precision. Every data point in all IR material from public companies is now just one question away.
File uploads in AI chat
Upload your own documents directly into AI chat and work with information beyond Quartr's database. Uploaded files become part of the conversation, letting you stress-test assumptions and models, extract summaries, and interrogate details without leaving your workflow.
In practice, this means buyside teams can upload their own work or sellside research reports to uncover blind spots and challenge assumptions with instant, high-quality feedback. Sellside analysts can upload earnings previews and compare results against expectations in seconds, identifying exactly where actuals deviated line by line. And IR teams can upload decks and industry reports to ensure narrative consistency and better understand implications for their company and peers.
Uploads support the formats you use every day: PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and images.
Saved prompts
Create and save prompts directly inside AI chat and turn them into reusable assets. This gives you more consistent output and less repetitive typing.
Whether it's a buyside thesis checklist, a sell-side template for post-earnings analysis, or an IR peer comparison framework, teams can now save the prompts that drive their workflow and reuse them instantly.
Multiple watchlists
Creating multiple watchlists makes it easier and more flexible to follow the companies that interest you. Keep your holdings separate, organize coverage by sectors, and monitor peer groups with dedicated watchlists. This gives you more efficiency and precision across your workflow:
AI chat: Type @ and choose any watchlist to run queries across that group.
Search: Narrow your results by searching within specific watchlists.

Summaries
Instantly see what matters most from any earnings event. Financial highlights, key management commentary, capital allocation decisions. All in one click, one view – on each event page in Quartr Pro.
What makes these summaries unique?
All related documents: Our summaries pull from every related document for each event – earnings reports, transcripts, and slide presentations. One complete view. Nothing missed.
Updates in real time: Each event summary evolves as new documents are released. Starting with the report, then enriched with the slide presentation and transcript.
One consistent format: Making it easier to consume, compare, and act.
Summaries are also available through Quartr API.
Additional content types
Registration statements and proxy filings have been added, giving you deeper insight into the parts of a company that matter but are often harder to track. These documents add essential context around ownership structures, executive compensation, governance practices, and risk disclosures.
These additions bring Quartr Pro one step closer to a truly end-to-end qualitative research workflow.
Transcript chapters
Transcript chapters break events into segments, making it effortless to jump straight to the topics you care about. Instead of scrolling through an entire call, you can scan the chapter list, click into sections like guidance, segment performance, strategy updates, or Q&A, and get to the relevant commentary instantly.
Chapters are also available in our mobile app, enabling you to consume events with a podcast-like experience anytime, anywhere.
