Summary of Terms of Service
Our Terms of Service apply for the use of our Service. There is a version that apply if you are signing up for the Service on behalf of a business and a version that apply if you are a consumer.

However, if you want to have the full picture of your rights and obligations when using the Service, especially if you are a consumer, we strongly recommend that you carefully read the Terms of Service in their entirety before you sign up for the Service.
Binding Contract. The Terms of Service is the contract that apply to your use of the Service and for all subscription plans. When you sign up for the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. If you sign up for the Service on behalf of a business, the Terms of Service are entered into between Quartr and the company or organisation that you work for and if you are consumer the Terms of Service are entered into between you and Quartr.
User Account. To use the Service, you need to register a user account. You also need an Internet connection. You are responsible for your own data use to access and use the Service.
Plans. We offer different plans for the Service, which includes different functionality and features. However, you can use our app for mobile devices free of charge and without subscribing to a plan. You choose the plan that you want when registering your account. Certain plans include a free trial for a period of time. The prices of the paid plans are shown when you register your account and on the website.
Payment. When you sign up for a paid plan to use the Service you must choose a payment method. Payment options are shown when you sign up for the Service. Payment is either made monthly or yearly.
Team Owner. If you subscribe to a paid plan and you are a team owner, you can invite users to a team. The payment method chosen by the team owner will apply to all users (seats) in the same team. This means that the team owner is responsible for the costs of all users (seats) within the same team.
Updates. We continuously update the Service to provide the best experience possible, which may involve adding or removing functionality and features, and you agree to such updates.
Availability. We do our best to always keep the Service available, but sometimes we need to make fixes or handle technical issues, meaning that the Service may be down for a period of time. We always work as quickly as possible to restore the Service.
Conditions for Use. Certain conditions apply for the use of the Service, for example that the Service may only be used for lawful purposes. If you abuse the Service, we have legal rights to take appropriate actions, for example block or limit your access to the Service.
No Investment Advice. No content or material provided through the Service constitute any investment advice. You should make your own investment decisions or seek advice from a professional financial advisor.
Ownership. We and our licensors own the Service and the rights to of the Service is not transferred to you when you use the Service. You (or the company or organisation that you work for) retain the rights to any content that you upload in the Service, but we also receive a legal right to use the content.
License. You are given a limited legal right and license to access and use the Service as long as you comply with the Terms.
Term. The Terms apply as long as you use the Service. When you sign up for a paid plan you choose if you want a monthly or yearly plan. The chosen plan automatically renews for the plan period chosen unless you terminate the plan before the end of the applicable plan period.
Withdrawal Right. If you are a consumer, you have a withdrawal right under law. However, if you sign up for a subscription plan you will get access to the features, functionality and content covered by the paid plan immediately, which means that the withdrawal right does not apply.
Changes to the Terms. Sometimes we need to update the Terms of Service. In such a case, we will inform you of this in advance. If you are a consumer, we will also ask for your consent to certain changes to the Terms of Service.
Liability. Our legal responsibility is limited in certain ways and to a specific amount.
Governing Law. Swedish law applies to the contract. If we end up in a dispute, which we hope not, such dispute shall finally be resolved by the Swedish general courts. If you are a consumer, you also have other dispute resolution means available to you, such as bringing your matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
