As part of the Web App development team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers. You'll also interact with customer relations, marketing, and sales. This is a truly end-to-end role: you'll design, build, and ship features across the stack, from backend services and APIs to sleek, responsive UIs. Your work will directly shape the user experience and help scale our rapidly growing platform.
What you'll do
Take end-to-end ownership of features: design, implement, and deploy both backend and frontend parts
Contribute to the architecture and scalability of our backend services
Build responsive and performant UIs that users love
Collaborate closely with product and design to shape features from concept to release
Continuously improve our codebase, tools, and workflows
Who you are
Have solid experience in frontend and backend development (ideally with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks)
Enjoy working on end-to-end feature development, and you write clean and maintainable code
Actively contribute to a friendly, collaborative work environment
Feel comfortable in a high-tempo environment where priorities can shift quickly
Are fluent in English (our company language), both written and spoken
Be self-driven, proactive, and take full ownership of your projects
Communicate clearly and effectively, thriving in a high-paced, collaborative environment
An interest in finance and the financial markets is a big plus
Adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks, with curiosity to explore tools like Bun and Elysia as we evolve our stack
