Executive summary
Revenue for Q1 FY26 grew 19.0% year-over-year, reaching ₹1,423 crore, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit YoY sales growth.
Profit before tax (PBT) after exceptional items rose 26.2% YoY to ₹302 crore; excluding exceptional items, PBT declined 4.3% YoY.
Profit after tax (PAT) increased 31.2% YoY to ₹233 crore, driven by a one-time gain from land sale.
Financial highlights
Total income for Q1 FY26 was ₹1,434.85 crore, up from ₹1,210.95 crore in Q1 FY25.
EBITDA for the quarter was ₹250 crore, down 2.7% YoY and 7.3% sequentially.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹206.90, compared to ₹157.73 in Q1 FY25.
