Executive summary
Hyresintäkterna ökade med 15% till 1 686 mkr för januari–september 2025, med driftöverskott upp 17% till 1 293 mkr och förvaltningsresultat upp 32% till 832 mkr jämfört med samma period föregående år.
Förvaltningsresultatet per stamaktie steg 25% till 12,37 kr och periodens resultat efter skatt ökade till 816 mkr (12,04 kr/stamaktie).
Prognosen för helåret 2025 höjdes till 1 100 mkr i förvaltningsresultat, från tidigare 1 090 mkr.
Uthyrningsgraden var stabil på 92% och nettouthyrningen för delåret uppgick till 30 mkr.
Financial highlights
Hyresintäkter Q3 ökade 17% till 572 mkr, driftöverskottet steg 16% till 467 mkr, och förvaltningsresultatet ökade 25% till 316 mkr.
Värdeförändringar på fastigheter uppgick till 258 mkr för perioden och 37 mkr för kvartalet.
Nettoinvesteringar januari–september var 1 323 mkr, varav 1 239 mkr avsåg förvärv av fastigheter.
Fastigheternas marknadsvärde steg till 24 863 mkr vid periodens slut.
Outlook and guidance
Förvaltningsresultatet för 2025 väntas bli 1 100 mkr, något högre än tidigare prognos.
