Executive summary
H1 2025 revenue reached €344.0m, up 6.5% organically, with both Axway (+8.9%) and SBS (+5.0%) contributing to growth and strong commercial momentum.

Earnings per share improved to €0.20, fully diluted, from a loss of €0.54 per share in H1 2024 proforma.
Net working capital reduced to €60.5m from €120.1m, and DSO improved to 121 days from 145.
Product revenue accounted for 81% of total, with recurring revenue at 75%.
Outlook and guidance
2025 guidance confirmed: revenue ~€700m, 2–4% organic growth, operating margin 14–16%, and unlevered FCF at least 10%.
Leverage ratio to remain below 2.0x, with deleveraging ahead of schedule.
2027 ambition: >€750m revenue, >17% margin; 2028+ targeting ~20% margin and €1bn revenue by 2030.
